We have been trading for 30 years producing photographs and covering conferences/events for major companies such as Google, BT, Shell, Deloitte and Nokia. We are based in Cambridge, Leeds and Islington, London.
Conferences and events. We aim to be invisible at your event and the perfect client feedback would be ‘we hardly noticed you all day.’ During a conference we never use flash unless the lighting is so poor we are left with no option but that is very rare these days as most events are lit by professional crews and lighting is usually sufficient for us to work without flash and this leaves the speaker able to concentrate on their presentation rather than trying to ‘second guess’ when the flash is going to go off. Candid shots of people interacting, stage sets and any incidentals.
We want to be part of the event and involved with the participants so we can shoot those extra special shots, which bring out the fun and glamour of the event. Apart from formal awards which is what all events are about, we want to capture the excitement and fun around us, the surprise or shock on the winners face, the screaming and shouting as they take that long walk to collect their award and all those informal shots of people generally having a good time.
What photographs do we take?
Stage and branding in the empty venue along with shots of the room set up and close ups of any decoration and incidentals.
Guests/delegates arriving and mingling, drinks reception, exhibition areas, both candid and to camera.
Speakers/ panelists during presentations and compere during awards.
Presentation of awards.
Audience reaction and general audience shots both close up and wide shots showing the full venue.
Post event party and drinks
Anything else the client requires or we feel would make a good picture.

What do we supply?
All shots are taken in digital format and can be supplied on disc, a selection emailed or uploaded to our website for you to browse and download or send the link to interested media or guests. Occasionally prints are required and these can be supplied at or post event.
