LBPPA

I love capturing the day as it unfolds, like in a storybook, without getting in the way, in the manner of a photojournalist doing a reportage, with natural and creative images, that will stay with you for the rest of your life.

I will cover your wedding day in a natural and creative way, I enjoy photographing people, capturing their smiles and burst of laughter as they happen, the joyful mood of the day, the greatness of the venue, the style of the decorations, the little details that are so important to you so as to give you a memento of your big day for years to come.

I usually take pictures at about 20 weddings per year, in Cambridge, Suffolk, London, the East, but also all over England (Shropshire, Bucks, New Forest or Lake District in recent years).

People who book me often comment on the fact that I am discreet and friendly, and integrate well with the wedding party. My images are natural, stylish and fun. I keep flash photography to a minimum, and favour “the fly on the wall” approach, but also enjoy a contemporary style of photography in keeping with the style of the venues.

Blurb

Originally from a village near Toulouse in the South of France, I have lived in Cambridge, United Kingdom, since September 1998. I am a member of the SWPP & BPPA, and have a Licentiate with the BPPA.

I have worked with Cambridge magazines in the past (Adhoc, Real City & Explorer), and covered live music events since 2001 (incl. Glastonbury 2008), and still do… as well as film festivals (Cambridge & London a few times, and Cannes Festival 2002). I also did some work for Cambridge University (Selwyn College) and shot a few May Balls over the years. Finally, I sometimes organise travel photography workshops.
