My role is to make sure that you get what you want. To tell the story of your wedding with creative pictures that capture the real fun, romance and feeling. I believe that the happy couple and their guests should be allowed to enjoy the wedding.

Alan Knox was professional, approachable and reliable, and left us with the most beautiful photographic memories we could ever have wished for. We are so glad we chose him to capture our special day and would definately reccommend him and his outstanding service.
From our first meeting, Alan understood what we were looking for and on the day his professionalism & creativity shone through – he managed to put us & all our guests at ease resulting in some truly amazing photos which we will treasure forever.
Alan has shot 3 weddings within my immediate family – this is testament to his professionalism and work, as well as that all important factor of getting along with people & making them feel comfortable with a camera around.
Alan was absolutely brilliant, he was professional and made everyone feel completely comfortable, our guests even commented after the wedding at how good our photographer had been.
Alan was able to guide us through the day and capture our special moments; but also blend into the background and take some beautiful natural pictures that were a lovely surprise. We felt Alan really understood what we were looking for and the pictures are exceptional! We would happily recommend Alan to anyone, for his excellent services, personal approach and amazing photos!
Alan is more than just a wedding photographer, he may as well have been our wedding coordinator as well, reminding me I’d forgotten to pick up my bouquet before I walked down the isle, saving my mom’s corsage with his supply of pins, and keeping my lipstick in his camera bag so that I could touch up if need be. He did a truly fantastic job at our wedding, our pictures are better than we ever could have hoped- my mother, my mother in law and I seem to just freeze in front of a camera, but with Alan we were completely relaxed and at times even forgot he was taking photos. He managed to put some of our pics onto DVD early so that my mom could take them back to SA (she doesn’t have internet so would have had to have waited a long time to see them). Almost all of our guests commented on what a nice guy he was and he’s photographing my niece’s christening later this month – Proof that he’s well worth every penny.
As soon as we met Alan, we knew he was the photographer for us. He was friendly, adaptable and keen to realise our ideas,both creative and traditional for our photography On the day,he managed to take some wonderful pictures, he was always there….but never noticeable.. just a friendly face with a camera! I would highly recommend him to you.
